About Our Staff Our consulting staff members are college-educated and have professional backgrounds in law enforcement services to the citizens of Prince George’s and Montgomery Counties, respectively, for over twenty years. Our consultants have held a variety of law enforcement assignments including Patrol Officer, Detective, Planner and Research Analyst, and Patrol Supervisor. In addition to serving the public in a law enforcement capacity, our consulting staff also has an extensive background in the provision of private security and consulting services. Our consulting staff has worked for the region’s largest and oldest providers of security services, in addition to supervising security operations at several Washington Metro Area facilities. Our consulting staff has been providing security consulting, administrative services, and guard (off-duty police) services to several clients, including local shopping centers, houses of worship, golf and country clubs, and retail stores. Collectively, our consulting staff experiences comprise loss prevention and asset control, private security administration and evaluation, access control, guard (off-duty police) services, surveillance, and traffic management.
